Brian Limbocker brings superior qualifications to his legal practice. In addition to his law degree, he holds an LL.M. in taxation, which has proven invaluable to many clients as they deal with their shifting financial picture. This tax expertise along with years of experience working with a large law firm uniquely qualifies Brian to advise you on personal bankruptcy, business bankruptcy, foreclosure and other debt relief issues. He has spoken widely and taught continuing legal education courses to other attorneys in Georgia.

Mr. Limbocker founded Limbocker Law Firm, LLC, to help people just like you who are struggling with unpayable debt, or who are striving to recover from a serious personal injury, or the death of a loved one by negligence.  Brian S. Limbocker started practicing law in 2001. He graduated from Mississippi College of Law in 2000. In 2001, he obtained a Masters in Taxation law from the University of Denver. His main area of practice has been in bankruptcy and personal injury law. Mr. Limbocker has over fourteen years of bankruptcy and personal injury experience.

Brian Limbocker began his legal career in Valdosta, Georgia, where he provided legal representation to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee and practiced bankruptcy and personal injury law. He moved to Atlanta in 2004 where he held the position as the Managing Attorney in the Atlanta office for one of the largest consumer bankruptcy firms in the United States. From there, he started Limbocker Law Firm in May of 2008 in which still only represents personal injury and consumer and business bankruptcy clients.
